[Neo Tokyo Bash]

Cool game, but bos heals self WAAAAY too much.

No way to dodge miss attack + 400000 hp heal for boss makes a cool concept not fun.

I've changed it so if you jump while the skill is being activated, there is a 50/50 chance of it not working.

So try again. It's worth beating him in the end ;)
